The multifunctional, handmade Tade dishes each have their own (pre)story. They are made by hand in Syria from recycled tires.
It is precisely the combination of a resistant material - rubber and the precise work of Syrian artisans that makes a tire that was once used for transporting heavy cargo or perhaps for the safe take-off and landing of an airplane, an object of authentic appearance. The processing of thick and hard strips of rubber into unique products requires the strong and expert hands of artisans, who handcraft each vessel with a high degree of precision. Of course, the ecological aspect is not negligible in everything. The collection consists of containers of various sizes and shapes. They can be used for many things in the home or work environment. With their rawness, but also the softness of the material and shape, they will bring recognition to the room as a decorative pot, a basket for storing magazines, a pedestal for fruit or simply as a decoration. With a little imagination, the natural, resistant material can be given an interesting new role.
