Hervis he presented multi-channel sales project (you cross-channeling), which combines online and traditional sales in shops. With this important strategic step of connecting and intertwining different shopping channels, the largest Slovenian retailer of sports equipment responding to increasing popularity online shopping. Thus, Hervis offers customers, who can now take advantage of all the advantages of different dimensions of shopping, the possibility of a new, unique way of shopping, which is also indicated by the project's slogan "More ways to shop" (More shopping options).

 

The project of multi-channel sales ensures the company that even its branches in smaller places will get a complete range of products and size numbers by connecting to the online store. Hervis introduced the innovation in the entire CEE region. This kind of shopping method, which brings many advantages, will be available to customers in the Czech Republic and Hungary in addition to Slovenia, and it has been available to them in Austria since spring. Goods ordered online will be possible pick up at home or in the nearest Hervis branch and if it is necessary to replace the purchased goods, this can be done immediately on the spot. In addition, it will be possible to test the products in a physical store and then with the help of QR codes next to the products and based on the advice of sellers, order in the Hervis online store.
