The guide in the preparation of gourmet delicacies is the flavors of the past - today. Culinary flavors intertwine in an interesting way and combine Vipava, Karst and Trieste elements of traditional cuisines. The dishes are prepared from vegetables grown on their organic farm. All ingredients and herbs are thus always fresh and full of flavor. In the summer time, we will be able to try nettle or old-style beef soup, lightly smoked pork shoulder on a salad, homemade nettle noodles with homemade pesto, trout fillet with herb sauce on puree and sweeten with homemade fruit ice cream...
