Decorated in a typical Istrian style, the restaurant fulfills the wishes of the most demanding lovers of top-quality food and noble drops. They are experts in the preparation of truffles and related seafood and meat dishes, fish and fish specialties, Mediterranean and traditional Karst delicacies, and unforgettable desserts that pleasantly tantalize the taste buds for hours after the delicious "sin". We can choose between sea bass carpaccio with marinated asparagus, fresh tuna carpaccio with strawberries, crab in salad and Adriatic shrimp. The house's cold specialties include cold goose liver with onion jam or duck salad with pear, and among the soups it is worth highlighting the shrimp or creamy artichoke soup with crab. Seafood lovers can indulge themselves with tuna tagliata with mustard, balsamic vinegar and roasted apple, capesantes with truffles, a rich selection of daily fresh fish, homemade fugues with truffles... For those who don't like seafood, they recommend, for example, duck breast in wine sauces or tourneda with foie gras and truffles. White chocolate cream with orange topping, almond ice cream or chocolate spoons with truffles are among the sweet pride of the house. The terrace with a romantic view of the green and hilly landscape of Slovenian Istria can accommodate up to 80 guests, the banquet hall and lounge can accommodate up to 70 more. .
