Ingredients for homemade bounty chocolate bars:
- 200 ml condensed milk (or cooking cream)
- 150 g of coconut flour
- 400 g of powdered sugar
- 400 g of chocolate (milk or with at least 55% cocoa content)
Preparation of homemade bounty chocolate bars
- Add coconut flour to the milk.
- Add sugar to the mixture and mix the contents well to get a thick, creamy mass.
- Pour the mass into a square mold and put it in the refrigerator to cool well.
- When the mixture has hardened, cut it into whatever size you like.
- Dip one piece at a time into the melted chocolate (heated to a temperature of 30-31 degrees) and place in the refrigerator once more to harden the desserts.
