Ingredients

    Ingredients for the lavender part:
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 300 ml whipping cream (not vegetable)
  • 300 ml of condensed milk
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of edible lavender flowers
  • Ingredients for the yogurt part:
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 200 g of Greek yogurt
  • 3 vanilla sugars

Directions

    Sivka's part:
  1. Bring the milk, condensed milk and whipping cream to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the egg yolks with the sugar.
  3. When the milk mixture boils, add one portion to the egg yolks to prevent curdling. Then put everything back on the fire at a low temperature and mix for about 10 minutes or until the cream thickens enough.
  4. Let it cool in the freezer. The key is to stir the mixture. This means taking it out of the freezer every hour and stirring it until it's completely smooth again to avoid ice crystals in the ice cream.
  5. Yogurt part:
  6. Mix all the ingredients (whipping cream, Greek yogurt, sugar) and place on the fire to melt the sugar.
  7. We repeat the cooling process, as with the lavender ice cream.
  8. When the yogurt ice cream is sufficiently chilled, but not completely frozen, combine the two flavors - lavender and yogurt. Mix lightly.
  9. Put the ice cream back in the freezer. Leave the ice cream at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before eating.
