Hotel Gfell, which is gently nestled in the mountain landscape of Europe's most extensive alpine pasture, the Alpe di Siusi, will undoubtedly delight all who love the gentle touch of nature. You will enter it through the existing one stable, which was carefully restored and converted into a reception area with a lobby and a breakfast room. The hotel boasts 16 rooms and one apartment, and all of them with a panoramic view and a downright pleasant atmosphere. Warm tones and elegant furniture radiate the harmony of tradition and modernity and connect you with nature. Large windows and natural materials such as wood, glass, stone and loden make the accommodation authentic and comfortable.

The day starts with a healthy breakfast with an emphasis on local products, offering the best of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. Everything is freshly prepared and made from the best local ingredients. You also have the option to be in the Schönblick restaurant you book lunches and dinners.

You can indulge yourself in the fresh air, in mountain garden with sauna, or soak up some vitamin D on the large terrace with deckchairs and think about where your next adventure will take you. You can also pamper your senses with herbal therapies in panoramic sauna.

The traditionally and comfortably furnished hotel is an excellent starting point for everyone hikers and cyclists, who can enjoy active holidays in the Schlern-Rosengarten/Sciliar-Catinaccio nature park in Alpe di Siusi.

As an interesting point, we should add that the designers and architects are from the studio NOAH a less invasive approach was used when building the hotel, as the hotel was built towards the valley and not the other way around. This means that they put the guest rooms and SPA on the slope, which they are reduce the impact on the environment.
