What's the coolest place you've stayed the night? We are not talking about a settlement, but about a place to stay. For some, it could be a personal car, a neighboring lawn, a tree house, or even your doorstep because you forgot your keys. Admittedly, these are more or less unusual places to sleep. But have you ever come up with the idea of spending the night on a construction site?
The Krane Hotel stands in the Danish harbor of Nordhavn and is nothing but retired construction crane. The construction machine was carefully and meticulously transformed into a one-room hotel, where two people can spend the night. In terms of appearance, they wanted to emphasize the spirit of the industrial history typical of this area, so they are interior walls clad in black Douglas boards. Otherwise, the interior is perfect, because the best Danish industrial designers participated.
The experience must surely be unforgettable. Your day at The Krane Hotel begins with a check-in a personal driver awaits you at the airport respectively concierge, who will take you to the hotel and be there for you available for the entire stay. You will be there in the morning expected breakfast, which you will eat with a view of the harbor. You will also have at your disposal car BMW The Krane, if you would like a ride to the city, or The Krane wheels for panoramic cycling.
On the floor below, there is a SPA-space, in which a floor-to-ceiling window stretches, and the walls are made of stone of lighter colors. Spectacular.
You will have to pay for a night at The Krane Hotel 2,500 euros.
