It must have happened to many people that they received an orchid in full bloom as a gift, but after the end of the flowering, no new ones were born.

There is a trick to growing such orchids that are a little behind in development, as well as caring for those that are already blooming. Instead of watering them with plain water, make the following mixture.

Make your own natural fertilizer and your plant will bloomed continuously!

How? Follow the instructions.

All you need is a banana. Photo: Pexels / Pixabay

You need the peel of 1 banana. Banana peel contains a lot of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, all of which the orchid needs for flowering.

Cut the peel into small pieces and cover them with 500 ml of water. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, then strain and dilute 1:1 with water.

Fertilization in this way is carried out once a month.
