How to grow lavender at home?

Lavender can be transplanted using already grown twigs. Since lavender seeds are difficult to grow, the sprig process is fairly easy. Cut the lavender sprig 7 to 10 centimeters from the soil. Always choose healthy twigs, who don't have belly buttons and are beautiful color. Remove the lower leaves with a knife. Then plant the sprigs in the garden or in a flower pot. It is important that they are quality soil and that the water drains well. As already mentioned, lavender loves a lot of sun, so try to plant it in a sunny place. Use an organic fertilizer for flowers once a week and water regularly, preferably with stagnant water. After about two months, your lavender grows into a beautiful, fragrant bush.

If you plant it in a pot, it is recommended that it be as large as possible, as lavender has larger and firm roots. You can also plant it in two pots, so that the smaller one is in the larger one, which achieves good water drainage and at the same time preserves the plant for colder periods. In gardens, it is ideal to plant it in a high bed, but it is important to dig up and dry the soil first.
