Photography has become a part of our lives at every step. We use photos to tell stories, communicate, preserve memories, record important events and admire them. It has become a part of our lives at every step, thanks to smartphones, which have become our brushes. The new phones are especially brilliant in this area Huawei P50 Pro and P50 Pocket.

Even cave paintings and hieroglyphs show that people have always loved to express themselves with pictures, and photography only continues this "tradition". Today it can be understood as a part of contemporary art. One photo says more than a thousand words and can carry a deep message. As with any art form, photography inspires. Does it soothe. Above all, it expresses emotions and thoughts, reflects the time in which it was created, shows culture and shows where we come from. Photography captures a moment in time and preserves it forever.

A story of colors and patterns

Under this red thread, Huawei has also prepared a very special exhibition of photos taken with the Huawei P50 Pro in cooperation with contemporary artists at the National Gallery in Ljubljana. They presented their works Buckwheat Sitar Žumer with a photographer Nino Premk, ambassador of the city of Ljubljana and a well-known architect Gregor Pavlin, an award-winning photographer Jaka Ivančič, fashion editor and journalist Lorella Flego, portrait photography specialist Tibor Golob and a Croatian photographer Mario Poje and Goran Jović.

They all captured inspiring moments in the lens that express not only the beauty of the world around us, but also the Huawei P50 Pro's photography capabilities. All the exhibited pictures were taken with a phone camera and then placed on a large screen.

I am extremely proud to be able to present today the outstanding works of some of the biggest names in photography, created with the Huawei P50 Pro. Each of the photos carries its own story, and it was the phone that carried her message forward in all its color, sharpness and power,
he said at the opening of the exhibition Norman Mueller, director of business development and marketing for Slovenia and Croatia.

Matjaž Kermelj, director of the Slovenian branch of Huawei, added: "The Huawei P series of phones has always been known for its unrivaled achievements in the field of photography, and the P50 Pro, which has accumulated years of experience and hard work, has set a new milestone today. As everyone can see with their own eyes, the exhibited photographs express extraordinary colorful motifs, incredible patterns and unforgettable moments."

In the footsteps of ancestors

Ever since the existence of the P series, Huawei has been committed to creating superior camera technology and photo quality, and the P50 Pro traces its photographic origins. It is the first to present a dual matrix camera system with a main matrix that includes a color (RGB) lens, a monochrome lens and a multispectral light sensor.
Thanks to the technologies True-Chroma Shot, XD Fusion Pro with the new Super Color filter, True-Chroma Image drive and Super HDR, the photos captured by the P50 Pro are always colorful and full of details even in low light conditions and the best possible reproduction of what the human sees the eye.

The new phone is equipped with a periscope lens with 3.5x optical or 100x magnification, while the ultra-wide-angle lens is equipped with stabilization technology, for easy capture of small or very distant objects in high resolution. The P50 Pro also supports Huawei XD optics, which eliminates optical errors and restores details in photos.
