Why we cry, yawn, sneeze, hiccup, find out below!
He is constantly protecting us and it shows in various ways that we are often not aware of.
Wrinkled skin on the fingers
Fingers get wrinkled when they spend too much time in water. The reason is simple. The body feels that there is a possibility of slipping because we are surrounded by too much moisture. Wrinkled skin on the toes or feet helps us to hold onto smooth surfaces more easily.
Sneezing
When we feel a tickle in our nose, we usually sneeze. This means that the nose is in contact with allergens and microbes that the body suddenly wants to expel, just by sneezing, thus cleaning the respiratory tract.
Yawning
We yawn when we are tired, as a result our brain is tired. By yawning, we help them to start functioning properly.
Stretch yourself
What's better than a good stretch in the morning? We sometimes do this unconsciously, as this is how the body returns to its normal state after rest and sleep. Blood pressure returns to normal and muscles prepare for activity.
Hiccups
When you eat too fast, a certain nerve in the body becomes irritated. This nerve is closely connected to the diaphragm, and irritation means silence and a warning to eat more slowly.
You are cold
When we are cold, we feel that our body is shaking. The thing is that the body senses this and tries to warm you up in this way. The skin is slightly raised and thus prevents the body from losing heat.
Tears
Although tears protect the lining of the eye if a foreign object enters it, many scientists believe that crying has something to do with another form of defense. Namely, when you are in a stressful situation, the body causes eye irritation and you cry in order to somehow divert attention from the pain you feel.
The human body is fantastic, so take care of it.
