An iced cake made from all the leftovers from the holidays

During the holidays, did you also have a bunch of pieces of eating chocolate, Milka, a few cookies, a handful of nuts and other sweets left in your cupboards and drawers? Knead all this into an iced cake!

Strict ingredients for this cake, as expected, it doesn't. Anything chocolate can be mixed into it, and each bite of the iced cake has a uniquely different taste. Since we overate everything sweet during the holidays, the cake can wait in the freezer for three months. By then, it will already smell something sweet.

The ingredients can be adjusted according to the amount, basically we need something 200 grams of dark chocolate, 100 grams of butter, 400 grams of condensed milk, 400 grams of biscuit and 300 grams of various chocolate chips (leftovers).

First, melt the dark chocolate and butter over a water bath. Mix this with milk and let it cool for 20 minutes. Add to the chocolate mixture pieces of torn biscuit. Add all the remaining chocolate and mix. Pour the mass into a well-greased tray (it's even better if you line it with baking paper) and put it in the freezer for about two hours. Ice cake it will wait for us "fresh" in the freezer for three months.
