Acer's line of Predator computers, aimed at gamers, surprised many with its absurd design. The Taiwanese company now wants to offer its customers a holistic gaming experience, as it presented a very special chair at IFA 2018.
Gaming chair Predator Thronos boasts a huge over-the-head apparatus that, along with an integrated space for a computer Predator also supports three 27-inch screens. The product with a steel structure and a motorized cabin weighs just 220 kg.
Acer's new invention looks more like a futuristic device than a chair, which allows you to immerse yourself fully in the game. Of course, the manufacturers did not forget about the lighting of the system either.
A chair that is able to recline to an angle 140 degrees, will vibrated according to the action in the computer game. Footrest it will help you get some rest while playing.
Alongside the Predator Thronos, Acer has also introduced two 27-inch screens to be used with the new chair. Predator XB273K includes screen G-Sync with resolution 3840x2160 pixels and refresh rate 144 Hz. Its price is 1,299 US dollars respectively 1,110 euros, while it is cheaper Nitro XV273K available for 899 US dollars respectively 768 euros.
Acer has not yet announced the price and release date of the Thronos gaming chair. We can assume that a lot of money will have to be spent for it.
