"Peeing on this ad could change your life," reads an Ikea ad featuring a pregnancy test and a Sundvik crib. When pregnant women pee on it, a 50% discount on a baby cot is revealed.
At Ikea have found a very special and interesting way to promote family products. It was published in the Swedish magazine Amelia paper pregnancy test, who invited the readers, let them pee on it. If they are pregnant, they will deliver cot for half price.
The advertisement was prepared by the agency Åkestam Holst in cooperation with the product research and development center Mercene Labs.
