NLB has added an important innovation to the Klikin mobile bank, which will make it much easier for customers not only to do business with the bank, but will certainly save them from some kind of embarrassment. Klikin has been upgraded with the possibility of remote signing of documents, which means that users can now change the amount of the limit on their personal account and deferred payment payment card or order a new deferred payment payment card via mobile banking without visiting a branch. Soon, other NLB bank services will also be supported in this way.
NLB constantly strives to anticipate and meet user expectations. Especially in times of severe health conditions due to the COVID-19 epidemic, for example, it has been shown that they want to provide as many banking services as possible digitally, without visiting a branch and in your own daily rhythm. One of the solutions they came up with is quite certain placing orders and signing documentation remotely in mobile bank Klikin for services for which, until recently, a live meeting with a banker was essential.
NLB KlikinQualified digital certificates (KDP) issued by AC NLB are used for remote signing of documents in Klikin, which means that a digital signature is completely equivalent to a handwritten signature. The process is really simple: when the submitted order is approved, the user receives an SMS message inviting him to sign the documentation in the Klikin mobile bank. All the user has to do afterwards is to tap the Sign button, and all the necessary procedures, including security verification, are carried out in the bank's back-end systems.
It is a solution that will speed up the further digitization of banking services and further strengthen NLB's leading position in this field. We remind you: the Klikin mobile bank, for example, is still the only mobile bank for natural persons on the Slovenian market, in which users can at any time, 24 hours a day, take out a Quick Credit of up to 30,000 euros and they receive the funds in their account in just a few minutes.
All of these are important functionalities that make the Klikin mobile bank a real bank branch for everyone who finds it easier to do business digitally. It is therefore nothing unusual that Klikin is impressed, which they confirmed last week two WEBSI online champions awards for digital excess.
