In the end, we always regret what we didn't do than what we did

Life can be placed in the space between potential and reality. Among them are stories, songs, which in their content always repeat the same story in different variants, such as - I could, I should, when... - regretting something!

Losing is not a punishment for failure, it's just the opposite of what could have been! From what we envisioned and longed for, but failed to achieve.

However, failure potentials are usually not exceeded on a daily basis. Example, we are driving down the road and get into the slowest lane because we thought it was the fastest. We don't laugh then, but we get angry and furious just as nervous and furious were all those whom we had overtaken some time ago and in front of whom we aggressively pushed into the opposite lane in order to occupy a place in the fastest lane.

We don't think!

Instead, we could enjoy the music that time, but no, we don't turn up the volume and sing out loud. We prefer to grit our teeth, hit the steering wheel, and minutes turn into another hour of wasted life, in frustration and anger.

Or, when we get bad grades, anywhere - at school, at work, or when we do something wrong or things don't go according to plan. Then, we don't laugh or jump for joy, but are simply overwhelmed with negative emotions.

Our brains are not programmed to process briefly and choose the best option. V we endlessly process emotional content, impressions and information of all kinds. We spin them in circles, we don't find optimal solutions, we don't make a breakthrough, we don't use our full potential.

Why would you? It's easier to be angry and complain. Believing that it is not given to us or that others are only to blame for this.

The brain, with its programs, learns to avoid every situation in which it could be lost potential pleasure. The greater the potential for gain, the greater our resistance.

And this is the main reason why we never use our potentials, we never develop our talents, we never realize our dreams. If we didn't believe we had something to lose, we wouldn't hold on to it like that. And the worst loss is the one we didn't experience.

We can have the best job in the world, but we are afraid. What if we can't handle her, what if we fail and lose her?

We can have the best partner and the greatest love, but what if he can despise us, leave us. What if it turns out that something is more important to him than us?

Our programs are selfish in a way, protecting our ego, our sense of self-worth, our pride.

It can take a lifetime you ask what if and this is the perspective from which we clearly see all our untapped potential.

Let us become a channel of realization, a flow from source to outlet, as nature intended. How? We just have to turn off the programs in the brain and let the flow of life go!
