IndieGoGo: Prestigious Slovenian dessert wines Palmieri

Palmieri, which builds its business story on a five-hundred-year tradition of oil farming in the family co-owners of the company, Sabrina Palmieri, sent the first ones to the domestic market last year bottles of wine, enriched with local honey, rum and wild blueberries, but even then they planned a simple refoško dessert elevate to a higher culinary level.

In cooperation with experts and recognized chefs have upgraded the dessert with prestigious flavors and thus completed the range of their products with refoško dessert with vanilla and refoshko dessert with white truffle. While the soft and intoxicating smell of honey stands out in the honey dessert, the delicate scent of vanilla emphasizes the fruity notes of refoška. The noblest version of the dessert adds a recognizable aroma of white truffle, which transforms the enjoyment of wine into a true sensory adventure.

At preparation of dessert wines they do not use additives or extracts, but only natural, mostly locally produced ingredients - they only import from abroad bourbon vanilla pods and white truffle tubers, because we unfortunately do not grow vanilla in Slovenia, and white truffles are not available in sufficient quantities here.

Honey and vanilla dessert can thus be purchased at the price of 20 dollars, prestigious dessert and with white truffle it costs 25 dollars, and special combined wine packages have also been prepared for the first customers.
