A small culinary and sports gem is hidden in beautiful nature. Gostilna Zlati grič offers us excellent food, excellent wine and friendly service. After a game of golf, lunch will be even more convenient. The house specialty is roasted veal shank, which is rubbed with spices and garlic. It is baked together with carrots and onions, and at the end it is poured with white wine - Konjičan. Another house specialty is kopun pomja. The capon is stuffed with dried fruit and left for at least one day in a bag in the refrigerator. It is served in an earthenware dish with buckwheat and ash porridge with porcini mushrooms. The menu consists of dishes typical of Styria. They adapt it to the season, so the ingredients are always fresh. Along with good food, they also offer us excellent wines that they produce themselves. Their wine list includes Traminac, Pinot Gris, Rhine Riesling, Lagas Riesling and Chardonnay among the white wines. In addition to Franconian blue, they are richer for the first vintage of Pinot noir, which has matured in the last two years barrique of course.
