Zavarovalnica Triglav was the first insurance company in Slovenia to enter the world of telematics with the DRAJV mobile application. From now on, drivers will be able to improve their driving and at the same time save on car insurance with the help of the free DRAJV mobile application, which is based on a modern technological solution, telematics. With the application, Zavarovalnica Triglav wants to contribute to greater safety in traffic, thus continuing the traditional concern for improving safety on our roads.
DRAJV application with the help of the GPS signal and sensors in the smartphone, it monitors compliance with speed limits and excessive force during acceleration, braking and cornering. Based on the collected data, it provides an assessment of driving safety. If the driver achieves at least 90 points over a distance of at least 300 km, he proves that he drives safely, and with this he can gain financial benefits in car insurance.
DRAJV is intended for all drivers, but it is especially suitable for young drivers who, as a risk group, generally pay higher premiums for car insurance. If they use the app to prove that they are safe drivers, they can not only lower their car insurance premium, but also reduce the amount of the young driver's surcharge.
