After seventeen years of developing Roomba robotic vacuum cleaners, the company iRobot decided to apply the acquired knowledge to its first robotic lawnmower, iRobot Terra.

iRobot Terra, as the best Roomba, in memory they design and maintain the map, so there is no need to limit the mowing area with a buried electrical conductor (wire) as with other robotic lawnmowers.
