Almost as quickly as the innovative Slovenian Ironate pizza baking pan bakes your pizza as if it were from a bread oven, the author Sašo Kastelic raised start-up funds for it on the crowdfunding platform Kickstarter, for which he needed only three days. Kickstarter is a place for him to have a lucky name, as he already succeeded here months ago with the durable cardboard standing desk Switch Stance. The steel pan, inspired by our grandmothers' pans, is a cookware, not a pizza maker. The packaging is made of wood and can be used as a storage box.
Ironate it is Slovenian innovative pan for baking pizzas. The product is introduced on Kickstarter, where after only three days he exceeded the set goal - 20 thousand US dollars (campaign ends October 27, 2016). And what makes this 4.5kg container so special that people are literally pouring money into Kickstarter, where you can get it for 115 euros? It is unique because for making pizza we need ovens, because thanks to the steel of which the lid is also made, it can also be heated on the stove up to 430 degrees Celsius and bake the pizza in just three minutes (most ovens only reach 220 degrees Celsius, so baking in it takes much longer)!
Due to the baking method, material and manufacturing technique, pizza can easily be mistaken for pizza pizza from the bread oven (the baking method also creates such a characteristic crispy crust), which cannot be said for pizza from a home oven.

Ironate steel pan with removable wooden handles of course we can use for easier grip also for baking and preparing other dishes (fish, lasagna, baked potatoes...) . He is an inspiration to her Sašo Kastelic from Trbovelj found in the kitchens of our grandmothers, because in Ironat combines old baking and cooking techniques with modern materials and production. Baking is quite simple. Heat the pan on the stove like any other. When the desired temperature is reached, place pizza or other food on the surface and cover the container. The lid heats the air around the pizza and radiates heat to the top of the pizza for crispy baked dough, and the lower part of the container is in direct contact with it and recreates it brick effect in the bread oven. Customers will receive an innovative pan for baking pizza as if from a bread oven November 2016.
