3D printing is in full swing. After there has been a lot of talk recently about printing houses, it now appears that it will soon be possible to furnish the interior of the home with 3D-printed elements.
Berlin-based industrial designer Leon Laskowski has designed a collapsible laser light, which is almost entirely produced by the method 3D printing. With his innovation, he hinted that it was time for restructuring of mass production. The printer will be able to be used anywhere in the world. In this way, manufacturers will avoid long transport routes.
All parts of the lamp except electronic components are made in the same location from the same material without the use of tools. Man is thus from the process of production in which he was used polyamide powder, practically eliminated.
When designing, Laskowski wanted to save as much space as possible during the production and transportation of his product. The light weighs less than 400 g, but depending on the technological capabilities that are currently available, as many as can be printed at once 56 lights.
