We have heard many times that creating to-do lists helps to increase the productivity of an individual. Is that really the case? Or maybe one list is not enough for time well spent?
Business consultant Allison Rimm in Harvard Business Review he writes about the need for humans to create more to-do lists. In this way, we will be able to effectively manage our lives.
He suggests that we write it down three lists: one for important things, but not limited by time, another for obligations that must be settled on the same day, and the third for things we shouldn't do. The latter is supposed to be the most important, because it will always remind us which activities in our life have nothing to look for. This is the first step to success that we can take.
So how do you create lists? First, we write down on a sheet the things we intend to do during the day. When we realize that there will not be time for all the tasks, it is necessary to determine what has priority. Obligations that we do not value as important are simply moved to the not-to-do list.
Creation to-do lists will have a beneficial effect. It will infuse us with energy and at the same time inspire us to solve challenges. Your time will thus finally be used to the maximum.
