Relentless testing
The Defender Octa has endured more than 13,960 additional tests, in addition to standard Defender testing, at various locations around the world. It was tested on the Nürburgring in Germany, on Ladoux in France, on ice tracks in Sweden, in the desert dunes of Dubai and on rock passes in Moab, USA. Limited production
Production of the Defender Octa will be limited, with just 1,070 units allocated for the first year of UK production. The vehicle is expected to be priced around £200,000 (around €235,000), putting it in direct competition with models such as Mercedes-AMG G63. Order books for new Defender OCTA will be opening soon, with an estimated price starting at £145,300 (approx. €168,000) in the UK. Available throughout the first year of production, the new Defender OCTA Edition One is priced from £160,800 (approximately €186,000) in the UK. This new high-performance off-road hero will make its public and dynamic debut at the 2024 Goodwood Festival of Speed from July 11-14.
