Lazareth La Moto Volante 496: the motorcycle that flies!

Lazareth La Moto Volante 496

French 'technical artists' Lazareth are well known for their unique motorcycles that are rarely extreme. With the presentation of the Lazareth La Moto Volante 496, the world's first motorcycle that becomes a quadcopter, they went one step further. They did not step into an even greater extreme, but into the future.

Lazareth La Moto Volante 496 is the first motorcycle in the world to transform into quadcopter. Yes, you read that right, a motorcycle that becomes a drone! The design remains unmistakably Lazarethovski, but the technology that powers the motorcycle is something else entirely. It is the primary means of propulsion electric motor, with 100 kilometers autonomy, and participate in the flight JetCat turbines, which are actually part of every bike. These slide outwards and into a horizontal position and allow the motorcycle 10 minutes flying or hovering. The total power of the turbines amounts to 1,300 horsepower, which produce with the help of kerosene 2,800 newtons buoyancy. With a simple push of a button, the turbines are placed in their original position and we have the motorcycle available again. They will merely do 5 examples of LMV 496, and each of them will stand around 500,000 euros.

Lazareth LMV 496 presents future, in which perhaps just such amphibians will become our everyday companions. The flying motorcycle is made of Kevlar-carbon composites, which ensure low weight and at the same time extreme strength. Battery status, altitude and other important data can be read with control panels on the steering wheel. Lazareth LMV 496 is dear 'toy', which not everyone will dare to play with.
