The Lazareth Yamaha R1 Street motorcycle has been through a lot. First it was carefully crafted, then it was destroyed and finally brought back to life. A unique conversion by French processor Ludovic Lazareth has now truly become Lazarus.
Lazareth Yamaha R1 Street was originally created for the sci-fi film Babylon AD starring Vin Diesel. Due to its role in the film, the motorcycle met a sad end as it was completely destroyed in the film.
After the filming was over, it was Lazareth decided to try to revive the unique Yamaha R1 and improve it. The front fork is for a different project, which required Lazareth to redesign the front and rear suspension. He borrowed the rims from Triumph and put wide tires on them. The frame is made of carbon fiber, and the LED lights in the exhaust pipe are also the rear light of the motorcycle. With unique suspension and a completely futuristic design, you will be very, very hard to find a more modified Yamaha R1.
