Lexus LF-30: Lexus' electric future

Lexus is preparing to reveal its first electric car to us next year. That's why they combined their ideas and vision in the LF-30 concept.

It's at the Tokyo Motor Show Lexus presented the vision for its first electric avomobile in concept form LF-30. It may not seem overly large at first glance, but the LF-30 weighs a hefty 2,300 kilograms. All this weight thanks to four electric motors and 536 horsepower has no effect on speed. Namely, the LF-30 goes from 0 to 100 in mere 3,8 seconds. It is powered by a large 110 kWh battery mounted in the floor to improve the center of gravity and consequently handling.

The car is equipped with all the autonomous features you would expect in a concept of this type. Artificial intelligence recognizes the driver with the help of voice recognition and adjusts interior elements such as temperature and sound according to his wishes. Perhaps the most futuristic "gadget" is Lexus Airport. Lexus says it's a "support vehicle," or a kind of drone, that can bring things like luggage from your doorstep straight to your car.
