The beginning Livity dates back to 2014, when the entrepreneur Beautiful Kyurkchiev, who, among other things, created a number of successful brands and was named in 2011 as one of the ten best entrepreneurs in Europe, decided to make a light and tasty bar with superfoods. Inspired by surfing and the probiotics boom in New York, he created Livity at a time when he had just opened his first office in the Big Apple. He developed the brand with help three champions in kitesurfing from Bulgaria, Spain and Germany. They needed them light energy bar, which would ensure well-being and give them enough energy for strenuous training. Bulgaria is otherwise famous for long tradition of probiotic consumption, especially yogurts, and Bulgarians know very well how to take care of their health.
Developing the Livity bar required real dedication - a lot of research, careful selection of raw ingredients and extreme focus in controlling delivery and production itself. In the end, the team just found the right blend of organic vegan superfoods and the right way to keep the bar food culture alive. The final selection included organic coconut, chia, aceorolo, maco, apples, cherries, cashews and dates. They came up with a solution with the help of advanced biotechnology - double capsule, which contains food and proteins and thus protects living cultures from environmental influences. Livity contains 4 types of vegan live cultures derived from lactobacilli and bifidobacteriaj, which are among the 80 species approved by the European Food Safety Agency. To make the bar even tastier, Kyurkchiev and his team added more handmade chocolate from a family farm in Great Britain. In contrast to industrial production, namely the slow and manual production of chocolate preserves the enzymes and microelements inside the cocoa.
Livity bio-precise tiles contain only raw fruit, seeds and nuts, handmade chocolate from Great Britain and live cultures, i.e. good bacteria. The superfood bar does not contain processed ingredients, it is prepared without heat treatment.
