The Ljubljana underground was very lively on a rainy autumn evening. In the newly opened part of the Kozolec garage house in fact, the largest fashion event in our country, LJFW, has begun. The urban environment of the first floor of the parking lot The house impressed with its simplicity and unobtrusiveness, and the attention of the visitors was so easily focused only on to the catwalk.

The purpose of the Ljubljana Fashion Week, which this time was carried out together with Ford Slovenia, remains this, that He is here because of fashion, which they want to bring to the streets as quickly as possible. It is very important to them also connecting within the region, and that's how the first four presented themselves on the catwalk on the first day fashion designers from Serbia and Croatia. Fashion shows and a description of the collections on the first day

Neo Design (RS)//ATHENEO
The unisex fall/winter 2018 collection primarily draws its motifs from Milorad Pavić's book Khazarski slovar, as well as from the very approach that the writer took to writing this unusual piece of literature. The Khazar dictionary is written in such a way that it can be read in different ways, just as the sculpture can be viewed from different angles. The reader can design the book himself, research it, supplement it and allow him to become a part of it and not just an observer.

Kata (RS)//La Sape

The collection began with the idea of luxury cruises that became popular in the 1950s and 1960s. Dressed in luxury, custom-made clothing, the ladies traveled to exotic destinations. So we travel to the Congo, or the Republic of the Congo and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where today this dandy style lives in its full glory. Today it is known as "La Sape" and is a reflection of elegance, high style and good manners. This is a high fashion movement among the lower class, with the reconstruction of men's cuts into women's street style.

Max (HR) //3/33
The collection was created from 33 ideas, 33 sketches and 33 shades of black. Color story, design functionality and consistency are three guidelines that stand out and encourage us to be independent, to enjoy and play with our clothes. With this, every detail of every piece of clothing from the aforementioned collection is imbued.

Which one is the right one? Heard and seen many times, the one that is popularly accepted as a trend and is currently relevant and eventually tested and later marked as survived or passé? Or the one on the other side? Down there or back there. The one that represents the creator's intimate opus and is there for gourmets, for those who understand, for whom mass belief means nothing, and who discover freshness, browse the unknown and pioneerly push the limits of understanding one step further. This page is forever. Because she is honest and intuitive. When the trend subsides, we resort to sincere original work, to derivatives, variations of the desired expressiveness. And it is the variations and derivatives that draw the creation of the collection from. During my childhood, all the clothes that could be bought at all were foreign trendy fashions. We only got to the originals with difficulty, so domestic production slightly copied an individual piece and at the same time added its author's "regional" stamp. It was the same with other goods. The products were superbly made, but always a little "different" than they should be. This kind of aesthetics made a mark on me. Otherness, variations and derivatives have become my own internalized aesthetics and an inexhaustible source of authorial expression.

Brlan (SI)//Since The beginning
It's okay to wake up with frizzy hair. It's okay if you don't have makeup on or if it's a little smudged when you wake up in the morning with your love. It's okay if you're a mom. It's okay if you're a dad. It's okay if you're not. It's okay if you cry. It's okay if you hide sometimes. It's okay if you like to cook. It's okay if you don't. We are beings, which means that our heart beats. It's okay if.

Barbara Vrbančič (SI)//I'll have what she's having
In a way, the collection is a continuation of the previous collection, which was based on the Japanese kimono. The black classic (school) uniform loses its rigor and turns into a relaxed wearability.

Lore
The collection draws its inspiration from Peru and the Andes. Traditional cuts in a modern way, natural materials and handmade. The autumn/winter collection is based on handmade alpaca and vicuña knitwear, all hand-dyed. The central place in the collection belongs to alpaca, which has a rustic texture and is mixed with the best merino wool, cashmere, mohair, viscose, silk velvet and taffeta. The talented Ivna Matičec knitted colorful scarves by hand, which were inspired by the rich tradition of Cusco, the historic center of the Inca empire.
