In Trnovo, behind the bright orange walls of the Manna Culinary House, a true gourmet experience is hidden, based on Slovenian, European and Mediterranean cuisine. The pleasant ambience and calm atmosphere are perfect for a romantic dinner for two. First, we are greeted by the café, where lovers of aromatic coffees, cocktails, teas, and especially homemade desserts, such as sweet cheese štruklji with acacia honey or buckwheat cake with fresh strawberries and persimmon sauce, will find their place. From the café, the path leads to a space intended for a quick and light lunch, where we can choose between risottos, salads and pasta of all kinds. For true gourmets, Manna has arranged the upper floor, where we can indulge in slow food, which also includes several types of seafood dishes, accompanied by pleasant music, a romantic ambience and carefully selected details. We can try polenta gratin with scampi, zucchini and parmesan or tomatoes with salty anchovy fillets, basil and mozzarella. At Ses Tava, the dishes and menu adapt to the seasons and their fruits, as they strive to serve as many fresh and homemade dishes as possible. They can boast of homemade gnocchi, štruklji, desserts and freshly baked homemade bread every day. We round it all off with a glass of carefully selected wine recommended by the house wine consultant. We can choose from 250 types of wine hidden in their wine cellar.
