The pace of life is almost relentless for many and it is difficult to prepare, to introduce healthy habits into an already full schedule ‒ enough sleep, exercise and at least one home-cooked meal a day. We quickly find excuses and tasks that are more urgent at that moment, life passes by.

It is our habits that are the part by which we can measure ourselves at the end of the day (and life)., the late poet Mary Oliver once said, and these are 7 things you should do before 8am. In the long run, it can pay off in many ways.
