Between March 11 and 17, the Pir na Pir student beer festival will take place in Maribor. The project, which is being prepared by the Maribor Students' Club, will try to introduce beer to students through various lectures, workshops, tastings and tours of breweries and thus raise the culture of drinking itself.
Pir on Pir it is weekly festival, consists of six different events. It will open on March 11 with a visit Zagreb's The Garden Brewery, which, despite the innovations on the market, has gained a lot of popularity among beer lovers, as it won the title for the best brewery in Croatia.
The program will continue on March 13 in cooperation with Brewery, of which he will be the leader lectures on beer and its history and production, she will follow suit tasting.

There will be a visit on March 15 brewery Laško, where they will take place guided tour and also tastings. The production of the well-known Laško beer, which represents the beer of an industrial brewery, will be presented to the participants.
The educational program will end on March 16 with a beer brewing workshop in BeerLab, which is the first "do-it-yourself" beer brewery in Slovenia. Workshop participants will be able to use of brewing equipment, and they will also be provided raw materials for brewing beer.
For the final event, the Club of Maribor students will hold an event on St. Patrick's Day 4. traditional Cantus, a singing-beer event with strict beer drinking rules.
