Momentum – the avenue of captured moments is a complex and perfectly performed music and dance performance, which is characterized by imagination and innovation. It will be performed again on May 28, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. on the Great Stage of the City Theater of Ljubljana.
Every story begins at a certain point, at a certain moment. A moment that we never remember exactly. As a rule, it does not have a clear beginning and the goal is only roughly indicated. The plant lives from its rhizome, its true life is hidden. What is seen above ground lasts for one summer, then withers. What we see is a flower withering. In reality, we are all just imagining things. We make (ourselves) representations to then live in them. We capture the moment for a while, then we move on... We can only understand ourselves in the light of our inner experiences. This is how it is written in the motifs Memories, Dreams, Thoughts of CG Jung.

Author and choreographer Maša Kagao Knez in the performance, he continues to observe his own and community (co)existence. The avenue is a movement that speaks, a voice that animates the space and constantly thickens and thins again. It depends on the amount of energy sent into it by the actors at the moment of the Other's presence. Co-creator. The viewer. Movement and voice inhabit the human body and coexist in it; as a meeting of internal and external, tradition and modernity, past and future, in which the moment - now - is captured.
