New research shows, that our length of life can also be extremely influenced by our partner. Thus, a smart woman is supposed to prolong the life of her male partner and prevent dementia.
Distinguished Professor Lawrence Whalley, who teaches and studies aging at the University of Aberdeen, said: "A boy is never told that he must marry an intelligent woman if he wants to live longer. After all, there is no better protection against dementia than intelligence."
The statement is based on a study conducted among identical twins, where those who chose above-average intelligent partners lived significantly longer.
Well, you just got one more reason not to look only beautiful ones, but certainly also smart women.
