Autumn will be here one, two, three. What will you men wear this time? We have prepared for you the biggest fashion trends for autumn and winter 2018, as seen on the catwalks in London, Milan, Paris and New York.
They are here the biggest trends in men's fashion for autumn and winter 2018!
Nineties
Tracksuit sets, floppy bucket hats and (too) big sneakers: the 90s are back. They played with the trend perfectly at Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Marni and Versace. If you like the trend, then maybe it's best to invest in this unusual hat.
Leather layering
Many fashion designers who presented their collections for autumn and winter also took inspiration from the film The Matrix, as we witnessed (over)large, long leather coats both at Fendi and MSGM, as well as at Paul Smith and Dunhill. If you are really brave, then opt for leather pants in addition to the coat.
A hiker
At Louis Vuitton, they presented hiking boots in the appearance of python skin and large nappa backpacks, at Giorgio Armani, lace-up boots had the look of Swiss climbing shoes. Christopher Raeburn went for a more purist trend – his coats, boots and shoes could really climb a mountain. So buy yourself a pair of quality hiking boots this fall.
Brown
Brown is the queen of this season. Fendi led the way with double-breasted jackets, anoraks and sheepskin coats, while Kim Jones and Louis Vuitton showed a range of coats, bombers and deconstructed jackets. Are you brave? Opt for a brown dress.
Rodeo
The Wild West trend has not only affected this year's autumn and winter women's fashion, but it has also bravely made its way into men's fashion. Cowboy boots took over the fashion runways in Milan, London and Paris. They were made from snakeskin by H&M Studio, they were shiny white by Calvin Klein, and they were ultra-pointy and super-aggressive by Givenchy.
Checkered
The more the plaid patterns are mixed, the better it will be. Donatella Versace took the initiative with one of her best collections in recent years. Bright plaid jackets were teamed with tartan pants and plaid shirts. It was similar at Marni, as Francesco Risso showed his (too) big checks on equally (too) big coats.
Windbreaker
Clothing for outdoor activities does not want to retreat from fashion trends - whether it's an oversized down jacket, as we saw at Balenciaga, an anorak with velcro from the Lanvina fashion show, or an ultra-long padded jacket at Boss.
