What happens when you let your imagination run wild? If you're Matthias Böttcher, then this is the futuristic Mercedes-Benz SL Pure study. The German designer from Stuttgart chose as his muse the original Mercedes model of the SL class, the 300SL Gullwing, and combined its features with current design guidelines. A concept was created that has neither a windshield nor side windows. So let's assume it's a self-driving car.
Mercedes SL Pure is a futuristic Mercedes study that is without windshield and windows. Since we are talking about the future, we can guess that Matthias Böttcher envisions one where you will no longer have to look at the road while driving, because they will "look at it" sensors and cameras. He therefore left the only transparent part of the car in the middle of the roof, and this is probably only there so that even those with claustrophobia will climb into it.
It is certainly difficult to accept the fact that the car is without windows; after all, it's been part of them for as long as we can remember, and what makes the rides interesting, but given the attractiveness and realism of the design, we buy that too. Especially if for this we get tires that resemble jet engine! Information about the engine under the hood is unknown, but we can assume that it is hybrid technology or some new eco-derivative.

Of course, it's the Mercedes SL Pure too radical to ever hit the roads, but maybe some Mercedes engineer or designer will see enough potential in it to be included in future models. Maybe in everything? Yes please!
