Basic philosophy Monstera the bistro is extremely simple. To offer the visitor innovative cuisine at the highest level, while remaining in constant search for new flavors using fresh seasonal ingredients. In the bistro you won't find a permanent menu. Bine and his team will be always adapted the menu to the ingredients, which they will get at a certain moment. Here they mainly bet on high quality ingredients, which are seasonal. In this way, you will be surprised again and again by the menu, which will change on a weekly basis. Monstera bistro it accommodates up to 24 good food-hungry souls, so food can also be an extremely individual experience.

V Monsters you will be able to get at the beginning of the day real homemade breakfasts, which will be the only permanent fixture of the bistro. During the day, you will be able to get it at lunch time 3 course menui, so there will always be two starters, two main courses and two desserts, with one of the choices always being meatless. The lunch menu will change every week. It will be available at the end of the day 7-course tasting menu, where the Monstere team will discover new culinary horizons together with their guests. Of course, it doesn't just end with the food, the drink is also important. Here, Monstera offers home-brewed beer from the Maribor microbrewery Lila Misa, homemade herbal syrups and homemade juices and natural drinking water - the pearl of Ljubljana – without bottles and excess packaging, served in a special museum bottle. Different and innovative and above all domestic.

Monstera bistro was named after the plant Monstera deliciosa, which was a constant in Binet's life and reminds him of his childhood, because we all encountered this flower in offices and public institutions - and our grandmothers and mothers also grew it. A plant in a tropical natural environment bear fruit, which are not only edible, but have a very unusual taste. In the future, Bine wants to experiment with this fruit and use it to prepare culinary excesses, thereby creating a typical Monstera bistro dessert.
