Movie Caffe is that social corner in the lower part of the Ljubljana Coliseum, where the actors gather after the premieres and where it is the most lively before and after the film screenings. Why not, because the ambiance with a movie theme is created for a movie atmosphere. Scenes from the most cult movies follow each other on the walls and we are greeted by Julia Robert, Richard Gere, Brad Pitt,... Architects from the Marilyn design studio are behind the interesting scene, and Movie Caffe was the first in a series of Colosseum renovations. The place is not closed, but rather open, passable and without walls, with an exit to a large terrace, which is open all year round and protected from wind and bad weather by bamboo protection. If we stop at the Colosseum in the morning, they recommend some special coffee, and on hot days we are cooled down by hazelnut or almond iced coffee, natural juices and cocktails with seductive names. Marilyn Monroe is sweet with banana liqueur and white chocolate, Brad Pitt is refreshing with coconut, Angelina Jolie has a strawberry flavor and Shrek will refresh the youngest with the taste of pineapple and orange juice. Among the snacks at the Movie Cafe, they offer chips, and their chest is full of interesting, colorful ice creams that can also be taken on the go. Visitors can surf the Internet for free while waiting for their movie. It is also worth mentioning that the Movie Cafe is the part of the Coliseum that opens the earliest in the morning and where you can have a coffee in peace as early as eight o'clock, when the surrounding centers and shops are still sleeping.
