Blade Runner 2049 is the sequel to the cult science fiction film from 1982, a film voted by scientists around the world as the best science fiction film of all time. In the sequel to The Exterminator, Harrison Ford returns as police chief Rick Deckard, and he will be joined on screen by Ryan Gosling as a new hunter of outlawed replicants (genetically modified human clones).
The story of the original film Blade Runner was set in 2019 (director Ridley Scott he leaned on Philip Kindred Dick's novel Do androids dream of electric sheep? from 1968), Blade Runner 2049 but it takes place 30 years later, when the new exterminator (Ryan Gosling) tracks down the hiding and long-retired Exterminator Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), the main stars of the 1982 dystopian thriller.

A case of a sequel to a film that was a flop right after its release, eventually growing into cult film and is number one on most lists of the best sci-fi movies. In the film Blade Runner 2049, in addition to the mentioned duo, there are also others Robin Wright (House of Cards), Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy) and Jared Leto (Squad of Decommissioned). Although we are still almost a year away from the premiere, the creators - Ridley Scott (now "only" a producer) left the director's job to us Denis Villenuev (Kidnapped, Sicario), but would this z mixing science fiction and film noir created new dimensions of humanity - already served with scenes from the movie that made us even more unexpected.
