The American thriller Nocturnal Animals is a film by Tom Ford, who made a name for himself in the fashion world seven years ago with the gay drama The Single Man (2009) with Colin Firth and won the Grand Jury Prize at the Venice Film Festival and consolidated its position in the film world. His new feature features a host of star names, including Amy Adams, Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Sheen.

Recognized fashion designer Tom Ford, who successfully switches between film and fashion careers, presented his second film project at the Venice Film Festival - Nocturnal animals and received the Grand Jury Prize for it. Under the film in which they reign Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal and explores the fine line between love, cruelty and revenge, he also signed as screenwriter.

The suspenseful romantic thriller Nocturnal Animals is a film adaptation of the novel Tony & Susan (1993), in which as former spouses Edward Sheffield and Susan Morrow starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Amy Adams. Susan is a gallery owner who begins to live the story of a sadistic novel of her ex-husband, who he dedicated to her, and with each subsequent page she is closer not only to the cruel fate of the literary heroine, but also to her own fate.

Susan is alive though a privileged but empty life. One day, she finds a package in her mailbox - a dark novel Nocturnal Animals written by her ex-husband, with whom she has lost contact for a long time. Susan he interprets the novel as a veiled threat and a tale of revenge. While horrified by the violence and torture she describes, she admits she did something terrible to her former partner. We find out what and what her fate is in the cinema  November 2016. Do we smell the Oscars?
