The new BMW Alpina B5 GT is the latest addition to the legendary Apline range and is not to be missed. BMW B5 GT, available as a sedan and wagon, features Alpine's most powerful engine to date, a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 that produces 634 horsepower (466 kilowatts) and 850 newton meters (626 pound-feet) of torque. With that kind of power, it's no surprise that it's new BMW B5 GT a truly powerful machine. Limousine can reach 100 km/h in less than 3.4 seconds and reaches top speed 330 km/h. The wagon is no slouch either, with a 0-100 time of under 3.6 seconds and a top speed of over 322 km/h. Alpina mated that engine to an updated eight-speed automatic transmission and added four-piston Brembo brakes and 15.5-inch front and 15.7-inch rear rotors for stopping power.
BMW B5 GT also has design elements characteristic of Alpine, including dual titanium nitride-coated tailpipes for a black accent, and the option of Alpina's 20-inch Classic 20-spoke wheels in Marron Volciano. The exterior is available in Alpina's standard blue or green, as well as six special options: Arctic Race Blue, Petrol Mica, Verde British Racing, Chalk, Imola Red and Daytona Violet.
Interior BMW B5 GT it's just as impressive, with standard leather Nappa and the option of full Merino leather and a variety of trim options and interior upgrades such as Alpina's fine wood trim. For a true bespoke touch, a limited number of units will be available with upholstered sports seats dressed in black Dakota leather with black Alcantara seat inserts, blue accents and Alpina branding.
