New Ford Focus: Determined to be the best

The fact that the new Focus decisively beat the competition in this year's selection for the Slovenian Car of the Year made the Ford team happy, but actually not surprising, as it is the third Focus to win this important award. His victory this time was also the most sovereign in the history of the selection for Slovenian Car of the Year. After he convinced the audience of the participating media that he was included in the finals, he impressed all nine media editors so much in the final selection that they awarded him all the points.

The new Focus has also won other awards, both in Slovenia and around the world. The readers of Avtomagazin gave it the most votes in the "Best Cars" selection, it won the comparative test of the German magazine Auto Bild, it also became the car of the year in Croatia and Finland, it was a finalist and one of the big favorites in the selection for the European car of the year and has so far received 10 other international awards.

Love at first sight

At its launch, the Focus set new standards for mid-size cars, which were already very high. At first glance, it is a completely new vehicle, designed between sporty and elegant, with the best aerodynamics in its class.
It is presented in four versions, which share similar features: safety, comfort, numerous assistance systems and an attractive design. The widest range of Focus versions is available as a five-door hatchback and station wagon in recognizable designs: Focus Trend and Titanium with attractive, modern elegance, ST-Line with sports suspension for more driving pleasure, inspired by Ford Performance technology, the prestigious version Vignale for those looking for luxury even in a family hatchback and as a Focus Active with increased ground clearance and other off-road inspired highlights for adventurers.

They also support an active lifestyle special driving mode "Slippery" and "Trail" (macadam), standard roof racks and help with the transport of bicycles and other sports equipment.
