The new Volkswagen Touran will be officially presented in a few days at the Geneva Motor Show. The new Touran will hit Slovenian roads in autumn 2015.
At Volkswagen they realize that there is no point in changing a good concept that works and is loved by customers, that's why it is new volkswagen touran retained all the features of the previous generation. In accordance with corporate design guidelines, each will be in the new vw touran recognize his brothers and also the older generation, and he will hardly notice that the car is as much as 13 centimeters longer than its predecessor.
These centimeters will be especially visible in the interior, as the vehicle's wheelbase has gained a good 11 centimeters, while at the same time the volume of the luggage compartment has increased by just under 50 liters, now it amounts to 1040 liters. So we can conclude that it is new touran a larger, but at the same time still very recognizable product Volkswagen. This time it will be available touran also as a 7 seater.
New Touran is built on the new corporate platform MQB and because of this it is lighter (-62kg) and also longer (+13cm). Volkswagen claims that the new Touran will be the absolute winner in its class in terms of spaciousness.
A wide range of safety equipment is available as well 6 engines, which are more economical and cleaner. At the start of sales, customers are offered three gas stations (110 HP, 150 HP, 180 HP) and three diesel engines (110 HP, 150 HP, 190 HP).
