NIRVANA FITNESS™ – the art of breathing through movement

A new form of exercise, Nirvana Fitness™, which combines elements of Pilates and yoga, is becoming more and more popular on the market, and the greatest emphasis is placed on breathing. All this with rhythmic music and in a pleasant atmosphere.
