In 2016, the culinary scene in Ljubljana was enriched by numerous innovations. A fresh cross-section of the year promises to be at the NJAMboljši event, where some new gastronomic practices from the Ljubljana culinary scene of the past year are presented every year. NJAMboljesi 2017 will take place on January 27.
What was 'yum' in Ljubljana in 2016? A culinary event The best of 2017 invites you to come meet those who co-created last year culinary scene and taste their delicacies.

The selection of NJAMboljos was created on the basis of the following criteria: the project was established last year, there is a person behind it with a first and last name, it is directed mainly to Ljubljana, sustainable (stimulates the local economy, uses local ingredients, is of a connecting nature) and above all inspiring, innovative and proves that it is possible.
At the fourth NJAMboljos event, the following will be presented:
