“Nom de bleu”: A modern table with a tribal aesthetic

"Nom de bleu" table

At Design Week in Milan, Boris Dennler presented an homage to Native American design with the "Nom de bleu" table - a seemingly light but robust construction.

Although it seems that the Navajo Indian tribe would hardly influence the design of the Swiss designer, it did Boris Denner, which operates under its own brand Boryslab, at this year's Milan Design Week exhibited its latest product, which was inspired by tribal aesthetics. The "Nom de bleu" table is an excellent combination of 10 millimeter and electric blue-colored metal and warm walnut, which can easily be imagined in modern furnished modern apartments.
