Nutella Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 200 g of Nutella
- 1 egg
- 150 g plain flour Filling:
- additional 1-2 tablespoons of nutella
- chopped nuts or cookies if desired
Directions
- In a bowl, mix 200g Nutella and egg on high speed until completely combined.
- Add the flour and mix carefully to combine the ingredients.
- Heat the oven to 180°C.
- Shape into 20 balls (if you have 400g of meat, each ball will weigh 20g or about half a tablespoon).
- Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and immediately make wells in the center with a spoon. If you form all the balls before making the wells, the cookie may crack.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, depending on the power of the oven (no more than 10 minutes) at 180°C.
- Immediately after removing from the oven, correct the indentations and spread them as necessary while the cookies are still warm and soft.
- As soon as they are still warm, spread an additional 1-2 tablespoons of nutella in the wells, which will soften so that you can spread it evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts or crushed cookies, if desired. With this simple recipe, you can quickly prepare chocolate cookies that will delight all those with a sweet tooth. Happy baking!
