INGREDIENTS FOR NUTELLAMISU, TIRAMISSU WITH NUTELLA:
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- some vanilla bean
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups of Nutella
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 12 baby cookies
- cocoa powder
PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF NUTELLAMISU, TIRAMISU WITH NUTELLA:
Place the egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl. Beat until light and creamy, add cream and vanilla. Mix to obtain a uniform mass and mix in the mascarpone well. Let's put it aside.
Put the milk and one spoonful of Nutella into the pan. Heat and stir until the Nutella is completely dissolved in the milk. Remove from the stove and let cool. When it has cooled, briefly dip the baby biscuits into the mixture and place them in the baking dish. Cover with a third of the cream. Add the remaining Nutella to the milk and Nutella mixture. Pour over the cream. Spread the remaining cream over it and sprinkle with cocoa. Have a good run!
