Mark Zuckerberg has a vision. And it often comes true. Now he wants as many as one billion people to become a part of virtual reality soon. Affordability is also a step towards realizing such a goal, don't you think? This step is supposed to represent the Oculus Go, which will be one of the first technological devices to welcome us in 2018.
Oculus Go has found its way into display systems virtual reality, because until now we have had cheaper, plastic frames available, as well as expensive and sophisticated ones that work with game consoles.
So what path did the Oculus Go take? Kind of in between. Oculus Go is a system VR glasses, which has built-in tracking cameras, LCD screen with a resolution of 2360 x 1440, state-of-the-art lenses and surround sound system. The controller is similar to that of the Gear VR system. Soft, breathable fabric and elastic band will ensure comfortable wearing. S production will start in November this year, and two months later we can already expect it in our homes.
The price for the Oculus Go will be 170 euros.
